Can I change/update the delivery address if my order has already been placed?
 
We process orders as quickly as possible, and for this reason, we cannot guarantee any changes or updates to the delivery address after an order has been placed. If you need to change or update your delivery address, please contact Customer Service and we will make every effort to honor your request. An address cannot be changed or updated once the item(s) have shipped.

Can I exchange an item?
  Given the limited quantities of our products, we are unable to do exchanges.  We recommend that you place a separate order for the new item and contact us for the return of the original item.  We will do our best to assist you with this process.
Do you require a signature for deliveries?
  Orders over $1,000 will require a signature from an adult at least 21 yeas of age (with government-issued photo identification) at the delivery address.
Do you ship to multiple addresses for the same order?
  We are unable to ship to multiple addresses for the same order.  You will need to place a separate order for each delivery address.
Failed or undeliverable packages?
  In the event the mail carrier is unable to deliver a package due to an incorrect address entered by the purchaser, the purchaser will be responsible for the original shipping costs, the cost of returning the package back to White Orchid LLC and the cost of re-shipping the merchandise back to the customer.
Product availability
 
Product availability is not guaranteed. We will contact you if an item that you ordered is no longer available or is out of stock.
NOTE: If you have an item sitting in your shopping cart, it can still be purchased by another customer. Your order is not complete until your have thoroughly checked out, paid for your order and received confirmation that your order has been placed.

What if I decide to refuse White Orchid LLC's shipment?
  In the event that the purchaser decides to refuse any packages from White Orchid, LLC, the purchaser will be responsible for the original shipping costs and the cost of returning the package back to White Orchid, LLC. The shipping costs will be subtracted from your merchandise credit.
Where are orders shipped from?
  Orders are processed and shipped from Chicago, Illinois.
Has my order shipped?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to check your orders status.
How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to view orders you have placed. Then click the "Change quantities / cancel orders" link to find and edit your order. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable.
How do I track my order?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order.
My order never arrived.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service for assistance.
An item is missing from my shipment.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service for assistance.
When will my backorder arrive?
  Backordered items are those which our suppliers are unable to predict when they will have more in stock, but as soon as they do, we will be able to ship the item to you.
